Our Grading

How does our grading work?

Upon arrival of the devices to our warehouse, a group of experts evaluate the devices and test them one by one, both via software and also by hand. No devices will be left un-tested. Then they will carefully group them by grade. Below, you will have a glance of what our grading policy is.

Cosmetic Condition

Not distinguishable from a brand new phone
No damage on body or panels
No wear

Technical Condition

Fully tested and functional
Battery with 90% capacity or more
Not modified by software (not jailbroken)
Clean ESN/IMEI
No User locks- i.e. iCloud locked

Cosmetic Condition

Micro scratches on device
Almost no wear

Technical Condition

Fully tested and functional
Battery with 85% capacity or more
Not modified by software (not jailbroken)
Clean ESN/IMEI
No User locks- i.e. iCloud locked

Grade A+

Cosmetic Condition

Light scratches on the front, back panels or body
No cracks on the whole device
Light wear

Technical Condition

Fully tested and functional
Battery 85% or more
Not modified by software (not jailbroken)
Clean ESN/IMEI
No User locks- i.e. iCloud locked

Grade C

Cosmetic Condition

May have one or more deep scratches on device
May have light cracks on certain areas like camera lens, rear lens but not on display
Significant wear / visibly used
